1. Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to the use of devaro.shop and to orders placed through the website.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not place an order.

2. Store identity

Devaro is the name of this online store. The store is operated by Andrew David Peter Beer as a sole trader.

The website offers a small selection of practical cable-management and desk-organization products to customers in the United States.

3. Product information

We aim to display accurate product titles, descriptions, materials, quantities, colors, measurements, images and availability information.

Product images are provided to help customers understand the item. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings and the device being used.

Only the product and quantity stated on the relevant product page are included. Accessories or surrounding objects shown for context are not included unless the description expressly states otherwise.

Minor non-material corrections may be made to product information when an obvious typing, formatting or display error is identified.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price payable for the selected products.

Free standard shipping is available for eligible United States delivery addresses. Any amount payable will be shown before the customer submits the order.

Payments are accepted through PayPal. PayPal may allow eligible customers to pay using a PayPal balance, linked account or another payment method supported on its checkout page.

Payment information is processed through PayPal and is subject to PayPal’s applicable terms and security checks.

5. Orders

After an order is submitted, the customer should receive an order confirmation containing the information provided at checkout. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order.

An order may be declined or cancelled before dispatch when:

• The selected product is unavailable.
• Payment cannot be authorized or completed.
• The delivery information is incomplete or clearly incorrect.
• An obvious pricing or product-information error occurred.
• The order appears unauthorized or presents a security concern.

If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped to eligible addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free.

• Order handling: 1–2 business days.
• Estimated carrier transit: 3–5 business days.
• Estimated total delivery time: 4–7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, an incorrect address or other circumstances outside reasonable control.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated period, the customer will be contacted and offered the appropriate available options, which may include accepting a revised date or cancelling the order for a refund.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

Eligible defective and non-defective products may be returned by mail within 30 days. Exchanges are accepted when the conditions of the Returns & Refunds Policy are satisfied.

Returned products must be new, unused and returned with the supplied components and packaging where applicable. Customers must contact customer service before sending a return.

There is no restocking fee for an eligible return. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

8. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate name, email and delivery address.
• Checking the order details before completing payment.
• Using products according to the supplied instructions.
• Inspecting the delivered package within a reasonable period.
• Contacting customer service promptly about damage, missing items or delivery concerns.

Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by applicable law.

9. Acceptable website use

You must not use this website to:

• Submit false, misleading or unauthorized information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems.
• Introduce malicious software or interfere with website operation.
• Place fraudulent orders or misuse payment and checkout functions.

Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Devaro is not responsible for the content or availability of an external website that is not controlled by the store operator.

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website accessible and product availability accurate. Temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, updates, hosting disruption or another technical issue.

Products may be added, updated or removed. A product appearing on the website does not guarantee that it will remain available.

Nothing in these terms removes or limits any customer right that cannot lawfully be removed or limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited to losses that are a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of a failure to meet the obligations described in these terms.

Devaro is not responsible for delay or failure caused by an event outside reasonable control, but reasonable steps will be taken to inform affected customers and reduce the effect of the disruption.
