Devaro is a bracelet brand operated by a sole proprietorship based in Michigan City, Indiana, United States.

In these Terms & Conditions, “Devaro,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating devaro.shop. “Customer,” “you” and “your” refer to a website visitor or purchaser.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using the website, creating an account or submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our related policies.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit an order.

3. Eligibility to purchase

To place an order, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement or act with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

You must provide accurate billing, shipping, contact and payment information. You may not place an order using another person’s identity or payment method without authorization.

4. Products and availability

Devaro offers a focused collection of unisex handmade bracelets. Products displayed as in stock are completed, ready-to-ship pieces. We do not currently offer customization or personalization.

Because the bracelets are handmade, minor variations in texture, finish or appearance may occur. These natural or artisanal variations are not necessarily defects.

Product availability may change without notice. Adding a product to the cart does not reserve it or guarantee availability until an order is successfully accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, measurements, materials, colors and images accurately. Screen settings and lighting may cause colors to appear slightly different from the physical product.

5. Prices, currency and taxes

Product prices are displayed in United States dollars unless clearly stated otherwise.

Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed during checkout based on the order and delivery information. Standard U.S. shipping is currently free.

We may change prices at any time before an order is submitted. A price change does not affect an order already accepted, except when correction is required because of an obvious technical or pricing error.

6. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not prevent us from reviewing the order.

We may reject or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including:

• The product is unavailable.
• Payment is declined or cannot be verified.
• Billing, shipping or contact information is incomplete.
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity.
• A material pricing or product-information error occurred.
• The order cannot be shipped to the submitted destination.
• The transaction would violate applicable law or our policies.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the appropriate amount will be returned to the original payment method.

7. Payment

Devaro currently accepts payment through PayPal. Available payment options are displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the transaction amount displayed at checkout.

PayPal processes payment information under its own terms and privacy practices. Devaro does not control PayPal’s independent services, account requirements or processing decisions.

8. Shipping and delivery

Devaro currently ships exclusively within all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Eligible U.S. post office box addresses are accepted.

In-stock orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. USPS transit is generally estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.

9. Returns, refunds and damaged products

Eligible products may be returned free of charge when a return is requested within 30 calendar days of delivery and the return conditions are satisfied.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected. Payment providers may require additional time to display the credit.

10. Customer accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may restrict or close accounts involved in suspected fraud, abuse or violations of these terms.

11. Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website to:

• Violate applicable laws or another person’s rights.
• Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website or another account.
• Introduce malware, malicious code or disruptive technology.
• Interfere with website security or normal operation.
• Scrape or extract content through unreasonable automated means.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Use Devaro content or branding without authorization.
• Engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.

12. Intellectual property

The Devaro name, branding, website design, product names, photographs, graphics, text and other original website content are owned by or licensed to the business operating Devaro and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website for personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission.

13. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including PayPal and USPS. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

A link does not necessarily mean Devaro endorses every statement, product or service offered by the linked party. Devaro is not responsible for the independent content or practices of third-party websites.

14. Website disclaimers

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website available, secure and accurate, but temporary interruptions, errors or maintenance may occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Devaro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses resulting from website use, website unavailability or a transaction, except where such liability cannot legally be limited.

For a claim relating to a product order, any monetary liability that may legally be limited will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

16. Responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims or expenses caused by your unlawful misuse of the website, fraudulent activity or material violation of these terms.

This provision does not reduce any non-waivable consumer rights.

17. Governing law

These terms and transactions through devaro.shop are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute not resolved directly between the customer and Devaro may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction in Indiana, unless applicable consumer law requires another venue.

18. General provisions

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

We may update these terms when our services, policies, technology or legal obligations change. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
